Pc Gaming

Just checking in here cause no one has posted for quite a while. While nothing was going on here for the past month, I have had quite a bit going on. I have recently purchased a Radeon 4870 HD video card and I also got a file on one of the best torrent trackers I have ever seen. (For those of you who may be interested in this site I believe that open registration is still going, just visit FunFile.org) With my new video card, I am kicking games asses. I currently have Gears of War PC, Call of Duty 4, Crysis, Crysis Warhead, and a couple others. Along with my current addition to my pc, I am beginning to grow my collection of movies. I current have about 80 movies, many in high definition and a couple tv shows (all of Futurama, 3 seasons of Family Guy, Road Runner, and Bugs Bunny...I like old school humor.) I will Be streaming these movies to this site once I get my library where I'd like it to be.

lemme guess, your slogan is "if its free its for me!" yeah my computer cannot do hard core pc gaming that requires alot of RAM! plus only about 40 gigs on the hard drive

Actually I have found that RAM is not the greatest factor in PC gaming. In my everyday computing, I only use 40% of my 6gb of RAM, and when gaming it only goes up to 55% usage. What I have really found to be a big factor in the performance of games is the GPU Clock Speed. My video card has 512mb of memory but because it has a higher clock speed than my cousins 1gb card, I have overall better performance than his card. I would really recommend getting a new HDD. If you go to NewEgg.com, you can find a 1tb Hard drive for about 95$. That is 1024gb if you didn't know.

well thats not the case for me! it tryed installing cod4 and it wouldnt let me cus i was short on RAM

Seeing that your PC has only a 40gb HDD, I would expect that you have less than 1gb of RAM. Most computers today, even the crappy 300$ rigs have around 3 to 4gb of RAM installed with room for expansion. There are some great pre made computers out there that will get you to the level you need to be at for about 500$. I know that 500 bills is a lot of money to go spending, but a new computer really makes things easier.

yeah thats the point when id rather buy a xbox which i already have which has some great good games so im not interested in pc gaming

Lol I was joking...I don't pirate games nor do I promote it. All the games I have are backup files used for convenience, not to get free games.
