New super mario bros' for DS

anyone have it? its not bad but wau short.
and the keys......after each world......what are they 4?

Took me about a day to beat but it has good replay value and awesome mini-games in multiplayer.

I liked the game. Its challenging collecting all of the coins. I still haven't done it yet though. Come to think of it I'm still on the 8th world. I just never got around to beating it. And the key is just for unlocking the next world or whatever. He uses the key right there once you beat the boss you know...

I was just wondering if you unlocked something afteryou get all of them.

When you get them they unlock the next level. Now if you get all of the gold medal things on each level you unlock something.

Well after reading this thread i felt like playing the game a little bit so i looked around for it. It was nowhere to be found. Then jut recently i found that my mom had taken the game and had been playing the minigames for a month. She has nearly 8000 coins in the single card bet thing!!! and a record of 78 moles for whack a mole!!!

hahaha nice. I wsh my mom would play my games. She used to play the original Zelda but thats about it. I remember one time she played Wario Ware Touched and played the mini game where you cut the snot. She got a record of like 238 then got bored.

She doesn't play many gamer games...She will play SMB and older games but she likes wii sports and brain age type games. She maxed out the duck hunt on the NES with a perfect score in every level!! She doesn't play 3d game cause she gets motion sickness

i played a demo and it looked pretty cool. but when i saw the review i said NO

that would be awesome......my parents used to play MK64

You can't always listen to reviews. A lot of times reviews don't give games the full credit they deserve.

Many reviews are very biased...This is the case with basically the whole Mega Man series. They gave the games mediocre reviews just because the publisher was making a new game nearly every month. The Mega Man series is on of the best i have played. They are extremely challenging yet lack a long story. Game reviewers expect too much from sequels. They mark games down for not being drastically different from the previous game. (Mega Man games were bassically copies of previous versions.)

New super mario brothers is actually really good. it is a game you can beat once then revisit it later countless time to beat it again.

Also the remakes of games are usually given low scores just because they're not as good as the originals due to nostalgic value and stuff like that.
